David Johnston Research & Technology Park
Corporate office buildings built on prime farmland. Although the buildings are modern, the development style is traditional suburban and car-focused (and electric cars do not solve the age-old problems of one person per car). A very positive feature is that this business park brings high-paying jobs and valuable connections for co-op students. There is nice parkland along Laurel Creek.

There are lovely parking lots where a young student driver can learn some basic vehicle handling on a quiet Sunday morning.

A very beautiful place to walk, and a well built roundabout. The buildings here are very modern and there is good bus access.The only downside is that there are no restaurants or coffee shops within a close walking distance. They are about a 3 minute drive though.
